Currently I’m the accounts and compliance advisor for my husband’s consulting company Work Med Consulting Ltd.
I have a background in law, regulatory compliance, government policy and Plain English web writing. In the last few years, I have worked on contract in various government departments in Wellington.
I would like to work flexible hours locally on contract helping small businesses or consumers who need a hand to understand the law and compliance requirements in a cost-effective manner.
I also completed online a web and social media writing course provided by Contented.com.
I volunteer at the local Paraparaumu College on the Parents Association, coaching debating, managing a girl’s football team and am passionate about helping out with various Arts activities (music and drama) where I can. I have 3 children at the college heavily involved in various Arts (KYO, barbershop, jazz band, orchestra, plays etc) and some sports (hockey, tennis and football).
I enjoy walks on the beach with my family and friends with my gorgeous 2 chinese crested dogs Yoda and Binks who are part of the family. We have a large section and gardening is another hobby.
