Five hot desks are available and they can be booked for full days operating on a 'first come first served basis'. The members account that makes the booking is considered accountable, they must be present for the duration and cannot book on behalf of others.
Should you require it, the key to the KEDA doors is in the black lock box outside. The code to this box will be emailed to you upon booking and, additionally, in a reminder email sent 24 hours prior to your booking. Please remember to re-lock the doors upon leaving and return the key to the lock box, this is vital for KEDA and Airport security reasons.
We ask that everyone who books this facility to respect it by cleaning up after themselves. If this does not occur, a cleaning fee may apply which will be commensurate to the level of cleaning required and payable within 7 days of notice. Should any damages occur, please report them immediately via our Contact page whereby a charge maybe payable for replacements.
Please note - Members are entitled to discounted rates and not free admission. All bookings must be made through this website or they cannot be assured. Mentors and Specialist Advisors are permitted complimentary use of the facilities when supporting other Members but must give way to existing paid bookings at all times. Our Meeting room is available for two-hourly slots, every day including evenings and weekends. It operates on a 'first come first served basis'. The members account that makes the booking is considered accountable, they must be present for the duration and cannot book on behalf of others.
The Meeting Room can accommodate 12 individuals seated or up to 60 in theatre style (mostly standing). If you intend to book longer than two hours, make multiple bookings and pay for each one.
